Established in 1987 by Andrew Sheinman, Pembrooke & Ives has designed an extensive number of projects across the globe, from luxurious urban residences in cosmopolitan cities such as New York, Miami, and London to sophisticated and elegant retreats in the Greek Islands, Colorado, the Caribbean, and the Hamptons.
